Profile Management — scope of work
Version 1.0 — 23 September 2026
Listed, by Puppet Dev Studios LLC
This describes what you get each month, what it costs, and how to stop. Please read it before you start. If anything here is not what you expected, say so and we will sort it out first.
What we do, every month
1. Four posts on your Google Business Profile, spread across the month in two batches — two around the 1st and two around the 15th. Written from what you have told us about your business — something you sell, a seasonal note, a practical detail, an invitation to come in. Written as you, not as a marketing agency. You see them before they go up if you want to. 2. Replies to your reviews, within two working days of us seeing them. We write the reply, you approve it, it goes up. We answer the bad ones too, and we will tell you when a review is better answered by a phone call than by a public reply. 3. A re-measure every month. We ask the same questions we asked in your audit and send you a short before-and-after. Same questions, same method, every month, so the numbers are comparable. 4. We keep your profile current. New hours, a service you have added, a location change — tell us and we do it.
What this costs
$129 per month. No setup fee, no minimum term.
Cancel any time, for any reason, by telling us. We will not ask you to stay, we will not make you call anyone, and there is no notice period. You are billed for the month you are in and then never again. Anything we have already published stays on your profile and stays yours.
What this is NOT
This is not a promise that your numbers will go up. We want to be exact about this, because it is the thing you are most likely to assume.
The monthly re-measure is a real measurement of a real thing, and it can come back flat. It can come back worse. Assistants change how they answer, competitors do their own work, and a month is a short time. We will send you the number either way, including when it is bad. If we only sent you good months you would have no reason to believe any of them.
What the posts are actually for. Posts keep your profile active and give a customer who lands on it something current to read. We do not claim that posting causes an assistant to recommend you, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. The work that has a real mechanism behind it is keeping your profile complete, accurate and answerable — that is what assistants read.
We do not: run ads, manage social media, build or host websites, write blog posts, or contact your customers. We do not buy reviews or write reviews, and we will end this agreement if you ask us to.
What we need from you
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile, kept in place while this runs. You stay the owner. Manager is a role Google defines, and it does not let us remove you, transfer ownership, delete the profile, or add anyone else. You can take our access away at any time, which also ends this agreement. If we ever ask you for Owner access instead, say no — we do not need it.
- Tell us when something changes. New hours, a new service, a price change, a closure. We cannot publish what we do not know, and a profile that is confidently wrong is worse than one that is thin.
- A reply when we ask you to approve something. Review responses go out with your name on them. If we cannot reach you we hold them rather than guess.
Timing and how it runs
Posts go up in two batches — two around the 1st and two around the 15th — so your profile has something recent on it through the month rather than four things on one day and nothing after. Review replies go out within two working days of us seeing the review — Google does not notify us instantly, so "seeing it" is the honest clock, not "you receiving it". The re-measure runs on the same date each month and the before-and-after reaches you within two working days of it finishing.
Your first month starts the day you sign up, not the day of your audit.
Your data, and what we do with it
- We use your business information only to do this work.
- We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than Google as part of the posting.
- Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, within 30 days, other than anything we have to keep for tax records.
- We may describe the work in general terms as a case study. We will not name your business without asking you first.
Boring but necessary
- We are Puppet Dev Studios LLC. This agreement is between you and that company.
- If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the last month you paid us.
- Neither of us is responsible for the other's lost profits or indirect losses.
- Anything we publish on your profile is yours. If you leave, it stays.
- Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- Changes to this agreement have to be in writing — email is fine — and we will give you a month's notice before any price change, which you can simply decline by cancelling.
Questions before you start are free and welcome. If any of the above is unclear, ask.
